Jimbo spotted this in one of the staff toilet in a hospital:

A packet of ‘Gudang Garam’ cigarettes that produce fumes of death.

A bottle of Listerine, presumably used to remove the after taste of the fumes of death.

But Jimbo cannot figure out what the third object’s purpose is! I mean, there is already the toilet bowl there, so what could be the use of this object?

Jimbo thinks it was used as a local version of this:

No, it’s not an intra-uterine contraceptive device…
