Jimbo moved

Today, Jimbo et al., will be moving out of the house he has called home for the last 7 years (except for a brief 10 months period).

Jimbo’s Malay neighbour is visibly sad while his other neighbour must be rejoicing.

This will mark the 6th time Jimbo and company are moving house.

There will be a 7th time, come end of the year.

Jimbo hopes that would be the final move.

It’s quite true, LM as I had to discard about a third of my stuff during this move because we moved from a bigger to a smaller house.
I just moved from one end of town to the other. Nothing swanky about the place but definitely quieter and I haven’t seen any cats around, stray or otherwise.

moving is good. It can potentially help to leave behind accumulated junk.
so you have moved to a swannky KL neighbourhood?

  3. Happy moving. My last move was three years ago. Since then I have accumulated…furniture ( the last place was fully furnished and equipt with utensils and all ) …more books…plates….a bigger washing machine….a piano…two violins…..and SHOES. So yes…I think nobody likes moving. Hope it
s minimally painless..and you ‘ve labeled the boxes properly…otherwise you might find yourself opening up boxes looking for a can opener…only to find it in the second last box you’ve opened. Annoying!

i hope your new place has friendly neighbours.

as for the old place, with the cats problem, hmmm…i am sure some foreign workers from Indo-China would salivate at the prospect of free protein in abundance…
