*IN VIEW OF THE EXAM MONTH, THE MONDAY CLINICAL CASES WILL BE SUSPENDED UNTIL SEPTEMBER 2008
Yesterday in church, the mother of a 4 year old told me what her child told her.
“Mummy, when I grow up, I will marry Silas!”, said the 4 year old. (Silas is the pastor’s son!)
“Why do you want to marry Silas?”, asked the mother.
“Because I love him, silly…”, came the reply.
“When did you start to love him?”, asked the mother with a bit of consternation.
“When I first saw him in Sunday school!”, came the reply. (So it was love at first sight!)
“I thought you were going to marry Ryan!”, the mother asked. (Ryan’s Jimbo’s kid)
“I can’t marry Ryan”, the little girl replied.
“Why not?”, asked the mother.
“Because Ryan hits me once in a while!”, she replied!
And that’s why the mother came to tell me the story.
Okay, we (Mr and Mrs Jimbo) will get to work right away. Time is running out. We have roughly 18 years to train Ryan NOT TO HIT GIRLS so that he can marry this girl!!!!
