I’ve decided to lelong off some of my redundant ‘toys’ now that I’ve upgraded to other toys. The main reason is to raise some much needed dough (read: money, lots of it) so that I can buy a new notebook in the event my old one dies in the IT ICU.

So here goes:

My relatively new SE W850i Walkman Phone, still virginal in state and without a scratch, bundled with a 1GB Memory Stick and a Rianna’s latest ‘Umbrella’ MP3 thrown in. Starting bid: RM600.

My fully functional Palm Tungsten E, bundled with all the medical software I have loaded inside and a memory card (256 MB). And no, it does not have wifi, takes pictures or make breakfast. Starting bid: RM288.88 (all the ‘8’s are for the ‘ong’ factor)

And of course, the bottle of Estee Lauder ‘Intuition for Men’ is still available. Starting bid: RM80.

I am also going to write to the LHDN (that’s the IRB – a.k.a poverty maker) to ask for a refund of my overpaid taxes.

Bidding starts now and ends on next Friday.

Help me okay, guys. Failing which I may have to sell my kidney.

Un-disconnected!

I’m back onlne! I was pleasantly surprised to see my PC back on my desk this morning when I walked in. Yeah!

It seems okay, starting up in under 5 minutes. The RAM has been upgraded from 256 MB to 384 MB (yeah, I know it’s a measly 128 increment but beggars can’t be choosers ya).

However, I still mourn the demise of my notebook. I wonder if it’s salvageable (and if it is, how much more will it cost me!).
